Associate Pastor/ Student Ministry
John and Katie are both native Chattanoogans who moved back to the area in 2015. John came on staff of White Oak in September of 2015 to become Associate Pastor of Family Ministries. John and Katie have been married since May 25, 2002. They have two children (Jet and Sadie).
John has a Bachelor’s Degree (Education) from Tennessee Temple University and a Master of Divinity Degree (Church Growth) from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He desires to continue education through doctoral studies.
John is one of the teaching pastors at the Access Campus and his passion is lead people into a discipleship relationship that will last for a lifetime. The Family/Student Ministry is built upon God’s Word and discipleship. Students that go through the ministry of White Oak will be taught the Word of God and will be plugged into a community that is loving and caring.
